1. Services

Miss Peach True Movers provides local and long-distance moving, packing, and moving labor services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if service details differ at the time of the move.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Final charges are based on time, labor, distance, and materials used.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled move.

  • Moves canceled within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is available based on crew availability.

4. Liability and Damage

  • Our team takes great care with all belongings.

  • Miss Peach True Movers is not liable for items packed by the customer or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as weak furniture joints or defective materials.

  • Claims for damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Optional coverage or insurance upgrades are available upon request.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate moving details when requesting a quote.

  • Be present or have a representative available at both pickup and delivery locations.

  • Ensure clear access to all moving areas and parking for the truck.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not move hazardous materials, flammable items, firearms, or illegal substances.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

We strive to complete all moves on time. However, Miss Peach True Movers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Website Use

All content on our website—including text, images, and graphics—is the property of Miss Peach True Movers. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without permission.
